Ingredients

Meat
  • 6 Chicken thighs, boneless skinless
Produce
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 head Cauliflower
  • 1/4 tsp Chipotle chile flakes
  • 1 Cilantro, fresh
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Poblano pepper
  • 1 Red bell pepper
Canned Goods
  • 1/2 cup Chicken stock
  • 1 28- ounce can Tomato puree, organic
Baking & Spices
  • 2 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
