If you need a quick meal to share with your family, this is it. Removing the red meat and making this classic Italian dish a little healthier little bit healthier.

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1 lb Turkey sausage

  • 1 tbsp Basil, dried leaves
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Oregano, dried
  • 2 Shallots, medium
Refrigerated
  • 1 Egg
Condiments
  • 1 26 oz. jar Spaghetti sauce
Pasta & Grains
  • 1 Pasta, cooked
Baking & Spices
  • 2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tsp Salt
Oils & Vinegars
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
Bread & Baked Goods
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
Dairy
  • 1 12 cubes pieces Mozzarella, fresh
  • 1 cup Parmesan reggiano cheese
